According to a dispatch filed by Robin Miller on SpeedTV.com August 25th, The IZOD IndyCar owners are NOT happy with the impending new chassis/new engine formula for 2012.

You know the rule change. The Owners voted to modify their Sudden Death Payoff Overtime to allow both teams a possession if the team that gets the ball first fails to score a touchdown and settles for a Field Goal.
